Our bacon is placed in a brine and then smoked. We have two different varieties:
Regular looks and tastes very similar to what you would buy in the store, but made with pastured Berkshire pork.
Nitrate free is also made with pastured Berkshire pork but doesn’t contain any preservatives.
Both varieties of bacon are smoked.
Each package weighs approximately 1 lb.

We will be at the 603 Wellington Crescent delivery location for one hour on delivery day. If your last name starts with A through F please come to pick up your order in the first 15 minutes (eg 4:00pm – 4:15pm). If your last name starts with G through M please come to pick up your order between 15 and 30 minutes. If your last name begins with N through S please come to pick up your order between 30 and 45 minutes. If your last name begins with T through Z please come to pick up your order between 45 and 60 minutes.
We are asking that people stay in their vehicles and line up like a drive-thru. I will bring your order to you in plastic bags that you can keep and place it in your vehicle.
We are also asking people to pay through e-transfer to minimize the amount of items changing hands.
